Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Mandaro.

Exception for Injunctive Relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.


8. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure and Disclaimer

The Site may incorporate or reference tools, content, or features that utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated systems ("AI Tools"). Any content, recommendations, analysis, communications, or outputs generated in whole or in part by AI Tools are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, investment, or other advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI Tools may produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unreliable, and Mandaro makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content;

  • AI-generated content does not reflect the personal opinions, guarantees, or commitments of Mandaro, its officers, employees, or affiliates, unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative;

  • Mandaro shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your reliance on, or use of, any AI-generated content, output, or recommendation obtained through the Site;

  • AI Tools may be trained on or reference third-party data sources, and Mandaro does not warrant the accuracy or rights status of any underlying data;

  • Interactions with AI Tools on the Site may be logged, stored, or reviewed for quality assurance, security, and improvement purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.


9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
